New Recipes from Nourish and Fete

Whether you think it's the most wonderful or not, it's certainly creeping towards the busiest time of the year! As we're all planning holiday menus, prepping side dishes to share, and baking desserts, the fact that we need to still somehow account for three regular meals a day can just seem like too much. Or maybe that's just me!?

All the more reason for super easy, super quick dinner ideas. If that's what you need, too, I hope you find some inspiration here!

And as for Thanksgiving, we're hosting, and I gave myself the gift of outsourcing all the pie this year. Phew! I'm still finalizing our menu and plan to start cooking at the end of next week with our favorite homemade cranberry sauce and a double batch of olive tapenade. Both keep well for a long time. Yum!

Brown Butter Bacon Tortellini

Quick and easy yet tastes luxurious! With cheesy tortellini, crisp bacon, tangy shallots, and tender peas, this is a 30 minute meal to remember.

Honey Mustard Chicken

A simple recipe for juicy, flavorful chicken seared and baked with green beans in the most delicious pan sauce.

Chickpea Noodle Soup

Filled with tender veggies and creamy chickpeas, with a zip of fresh lemon and Italian herbs, this 25-minute soup is cozy, delicious, and super easy to make.

Reader Review of the Week

"Perfect recipe! I accidentally added the butter to the mixture before cooking, but it still boiled and thickened in exactly 15 minutes per the recipe. Will never buy the store bought pricey curd again. So easy and cheap! I can’t believe I just made lemon curd!"

-Jennifer on Perfect Homemade Lemon Curd

As always, I wish you a happy and delicious week ahead!
