New Recipes from Nourish and Fete

Hello! 'Tis the busy fall season, and I know I personally am struggling to keep up with meal planning, so maybe you are, too?

I've had lots of requests for more slow cooker recipes lately, which I am more than happy to oblige! The pumpkin chili here is among my favorite recipes of the whole season so far, and I've got several more Crockpot recipes coming up over the next few weeks. Here's to walking in the door to a dinner that cooked itself!

Crockpot Pumpkin Chili

The most delicious set-it-and-forget-it meal to enjoy in the fall. Naturally vegetarian and gluten-free.

Pierogies & Sausage Skillet

No shame in a semi-homemade meal that lets you get something tasty on the table in 20 minutes. This is my son's current favorite dinner!

Instant Pot Wild Rice Soup

Anyone else still love their Instant Pot? It's terrific for hands-off soups like this one that's cozy but veggie-packed!

Reader Review of the Week

"I made this tonight, looking for 'comfort food.' OMG, this was delicious!! This is company and holiday-worthy food! I think I will make this as a side for Christmas Eve. The fresh squeezed lemon juice really does add a great touch."

-Annamarie on Creamy Tuscan Gnocchi

As always, I wish you a happy and delicious week ahead!
